href=\"https:\/\/hautilities.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">HA Utilities<\/a>\u00a0BV (HAU), part of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hassanallam.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Hassan Allam Holding<\/a>\u00a0(HAH), have finalized a deal with the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ridgewoodegypt.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">Ridgewood Group<\/a>, taking ownership of assets with a total desalination capacity of 82,440 cubic meters of water per day, from 58 desalination plants located across Egypt.<\/p>\n<p>The deal was closed under the joint venture between Almar Water Solutions and HA Utilities BV,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/in-the-news\/utilities-middle-east-abdul-latif-jameel-energy-expands-role-in-middle-east-water-sector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">announced in 2019<\/a>, and created to provide sustainable water infrastructure solutions to both municipal and industrial clients across
