The Future Leaders Program at Toyota T\u00fcrkiye<\/a>, part of Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, has become one of the country\u2019s most admired talent development initiatives<\/p>\n

Toptalent, an independent organization which evaluates talent development programs, has included the Future Leaders Program in its recent \u2018Top100 Talent Programs\u2019 ranking list, selecting it as one of the best talent program in the automotive industry in Turkiye.<\/p>\n

Future Leaders was launched in 2011 by Toyota Turkiye to help shape the future of leadership in the country’s automotive industry.\u00a0 In 2023, it received a very high number of applications from young professionals, and successful applicants undertake a 20-month program with four rotations across different departments.\u00a0 They receive special training and development programs while learning about the Toyota Way principles. After candidates graduate from the program, they are assigned to positions which suit best their skills and competencies.<\/p>\n
