Abdul Latif Jameel Land, one of Saudi Arabia\u2019s leading property developers, has announced that it is investing SAR 200 million to develop four fully integrated Toyota sales and service facilities in Makkah, Hofuf, Yanbu and Hail. These projects come as part of Abdul Latif Jameel\u2019s recently announced planned domestic investment of SAR 7.5 billion in Saudi Arabia over the next five years, including SAR 2 billion in 2016. This also reaffirms the company\u2019s readiness to support Saudi Arabia’s national agenda for economic diversification, as outlined in the Vision 2030 plan.<\/p>\n
The new customer-centric facilities will feature dedicated areas for showrooms, along with aftersales service and maintenance centers. The construction of these projects has begun on August 1, 2016, with the aim for them to be fully operational by the end of 2017.<\/p>\n
Abdul Latif Jameel Land will be developing a total built up area of 47,000 square-meters across the four locations. This will include an expansion of Toyota\u2019s service infrastructure in Saudi Arabia by 142 service stalls. This is in addition to the 301 new service stalls that are currently being developed. These 443 new service stalls will complement the existing 1,335 service stalls that are already in place in Toyota\u2019s service centers across Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n
