Congratulations to Muheel,<\/span>\u00a0an Integrated Facilities Management company in Saudi Arabia, borne of a partnership between Abdul Latif Jameel Land and Al Muhaidib Group, who have been awarded a multi-service facilities management contract with British International School, Al Khobar (BISAK) in Dammam. <\/span><\/p>\n

BISAK<\/span><\/a> has been providing education for the wider community of Al Khobar since 1977, and is seen as one of the leading international schools in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the contract, Muheel will provide engineering, cleaning, landscaping and security services for BISAK\u2019s brand-new purpose-built school, that opens its doors for the first time this September<\/span><\/p>\n

Muheel will undertaken the full survey of BISAK\u2019s building assets and use its innovative software to manage snagging, defects liability period, reactive tasks and planned preventive maintenance task for both hard and soft services.<\/p>\n
