The company is dedicated to promoting the Lean philosophy in Saudi Arabia &#8211; and the wider region &#8211; and to demonstrate how it is not just a management toolkit, but a profound change of corporate culture, from the bottom of the organization to the top and vice versa.<\/p>\n<p>Now in the second year, the Four Principles Kaizen Awards will recognize organizations for innovative and effective implementation of Lean principles and practices that have optimized and enhanced business performance.<\/p>\n<p>Companies of all sizes in Saudi Arabia are invited to participate in the
