Two students awarded with the Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV)<\/a> Young Talented Leaders scholarship, marked the first day of their university journeys at the IE University<\/a> last week. The scholarship program was established in 2015 as part of FRV\u2019s\u00a0commitment to contribute to economic and social development in the communities in which they operate.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Adri\u00e1n V\u00e1zquez from Mexico was awarded the scholarship in relation to FRV\u2019s 342 MW dc ‘Potos\u00ed Solar’ project in the San Luis Potos\u00ed region of the country; he will study a Degree in Communications and Digital Media.<\/p>\n

Arturo Cuesta from Spain was selected for the program in relation to FRV\u2019s ‘La Solanilla’ solar farm in Trujillo in the Spanish province of C\u00e1ceres; he will study a Degree in Politics, Law and Economics.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The grant, valued at more than \u20ac 100,000, will cover all the expenses derived from the training: tuition, accommodation, academic material, and will offer financial support for travel and maintenance expenses during the four years of the Degree at IE University.<\/p>\n

Since the program was established in 2015, scholarships have also been granted to students from Uruguay and Jordan.\u00a0 In the video below, students who joined the program in 2018 discuss their experience:<\/p>\n
