an accident at the Sharqiyah Baja with a podium finish at the Andaluc\u00eda Rally, the first round of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fia.com\/events\/world-cup-cross-country-rallies\/season-2021\/world-cup-cross-country-rallies\">2021 FIA World Cup for Cross Country Rallies,<\/a> 12-16 May, 2021.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/z-b4zf3CqSA\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Driving a modified Toyota Hilux emblazoned with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/transportation\/passenger-vehicles\/\">Abdul Latif Jameel Motors<\/a> branding, Yazeed and his German co-driver Dirk von Zitzewitz took third place in the hotly contested rally, completing four stages in 10 hours, 34 minutes and 15 seconds, over a distance of 1,473 km.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking about the achievement, Yazeed said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI\u2019m happy that we\u2019ve finished on the podium, third overall.\u00a0 It was four challenging days full of excitement.\u00a0 I\u2019ve really enjoyed this rally, and it worked like a training and qualification race for me to make a stronger comeback in the next rallies.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-88926\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Yazeed-Andalucia-Rally.jpg\" alt=\"Yazeed Al Rajhi, Andalucia Rally\" width=\"1272\" height=\"853\" well-established, strong relationship with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toyota.com.sa\/\">Abdul Latif Jameel Motors<\/a> who support his illustrious motorsport career as he competes on the world stage.<\/p>\n<p>Nasser Saleh Al-Attiyah (QAT) and Matthieu Baumel (FRA) took first place in the rally, driving a Toyota Hilux Overdrive, while second place was secured by Carlos Sainz (ESP) and Lucas Cruz (ESP) in a MINI John Cooper Works Rally.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the FIA World Cup for Cross-Country Rallies has an extended calendar, taking contenders around the globe for spectacular action over a diverse range of terrain.\u00a0 The next encounter takes place at Rally Kazakhstan, 7-13 June, followed by the Silk Way Rally in Russia in
