Rien qu\u2019en 2019, le march\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire photovolta\u00efque (PV), par exemple, devrait conna\u00eetre une croissance spectaculaire. D\u2019ici fin d\u00e9cembre, il devrait augmenter de 25\u00a0% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente\u00a0\u2013 avec une augmentation de 43\u00a0% hors de Chine<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>. Son objectif est de r\u00e9duire de 80\u00a0% les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre d\u2019ici 2050 et d\u2019avoir 7\u00a0% de son \u00e9nergie en 2030 fournie par le solaire<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>. En avril 2020, les salons Solar Show MENA 2020 et The Wind Show MENA 2020 r\u00e9uniront des centaines d\u2019intervenants et de sponsors ainsi que des milliers de participants<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>. Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements s\u2019appuient sur la dynamique d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquise d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de d\u00e9veloppements de calibre mondial dans la r\u00e9gion, notamment du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dewa.gov.ae\/en\/about-dewa\/news-and-media\/press-and-news\/latest-news\/2019\/03\/mohammed-bin-rashid-al-maktoum-solar-park\">Parc solaire Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum<\/a> aux \u00c9mirats arabes unis. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le gouvernement saoudien envisage d\u2019installer 40\u00a0GW d\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire d\u2019ici 2030,<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a> passant ainsi \u00e0 un niveau accru de diversification \u00e9conomique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ses <a href=\"https:\/\/vision2030.gov.sa\/en\/node\/87\">ambitions Saudi Vision\u00a02030<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, si l\u2019adoption g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e des \u00e9nergies renouvelables doit \u00eatre encourag\u00e9e, il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire. L\u2019Agence internationale des \u00e9nergies renouvelables (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irena.org\/\">IRENA<\/a>) estime que les \u00e9missions de dioxyde de carbone doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9duites de 70\u00a0% d\u2019ici 2050 pour atteindre les objectifs climatiques existants<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a>. Les \u00e9nergies renouvelables joueront un r\u00f4le majeur dans la r\u00e9alisation de ces r\u00e9ductions, repr\u00e9sentant entre 60\u00a0% et 90\u00a0% de la r\u00e9duction n\u00e9cessaire des \u00e9missions de CO<sub>2<\/sub> tout en r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 86\u00a0% de la demande en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sur la m\u00eame \u00e9chelle de temps<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a>. Son analyse r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement que <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les \u00e9conomies en termes de sant\u00e9, de subventions et de climat repr\u00e9senteraient une valeur cumul\u00e9e pouvant atteindre 160\u00a0000\u00a0milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains sur une p\u00e9riode de 30 ans\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\">[13]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures n\u00e9cessaires pour que les \u00e9nergies renouvelables deviennent la source majoritaire d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 constituera un d\u00e9fi de taille pour les deux prochaines d\u00e9cennies. Par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (<a href=\"https:\/\/frv.com\">FRV<\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/energy-and-environmental-services\/energy-overview\/\">Abdul Latif Jameel Energy<\/a> joue d\u00e9j\u00e0 un r\u00f4le crucial dans ce secteur passionnant. FRV augmente consid\u00e9rablement ses investissements en 2019, depuis l\u2019Australie \u00e0 l\u2019est jusqu\u2019au <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/news\/awarded-300-mw-solar-project-in-electricity-market-auction\/?id=media_center\">Mexique<\/a> et au <a href=\"https:\/\/alj.com\/en\/openingdoors\/article\/frv-secures-hybrid-energy-contract-chile\/\">Chili<\/a> \u00e0 l\u2019ouest.
