Afrika\u2019da a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 Sahra olmak \u00fczere d\u00fcnyadaki 43 \u00fclkede yakla\u015f\u0131k 700 milyon ki\u015fi h\u00e2len su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131
