Etkiye sahip ba\u015fka unsurlar da bulunmaktad\u0131r. N\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ve k\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi etkilerinin olumsuz sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fck\u00e7e su temini \u00fczerindeki bask\u0131 daha da artacakt\u0131r ve MENA b\u00f6lgesinde ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na elde edilebilir suyun 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yar\u0131ya inmesi beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Su K\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Ticari Etkisi<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaln\u0131zca sosyal bir etkiye sahip de\u011fildir, ayr\u0131ca \u00f6nemli bir ticari etkiye de sahiptir. \u00d6nlem al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde bu etki muhtemelen artacak ve yo\u011funla\u015facakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131na g\u00f6re, su k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 30 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde bunlar\u0131n GSY\u0130H\u2019sinin y\u00fczde 6\u2019s\u0131na kadar bir maliyete yol a\u00e7abilir. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n mevcut tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma kapasitesinin yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 70\u2019i Orta Do\u011fu\u2019da bulunmaktad\u0131r ve bu artmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Suudi Arabistan tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma kapasitesini artt\u0131rmak i\u00e7in 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 24,3 milyar US$ tutar\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m tahsis etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e2lbuki su \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in mevcut tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir de\u011fildir. Yo\u011fun \u015fekilde enerji kullanan bir i\u015flemdir, bol miktarda petrole dayan\u0131r ve muazzam bir \u00e7evresel maliyete sahiptir. T\u00fcm d\u00fcnyadaki tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma tesislerinin y\u0131lda 76 milyon ton karbondioksit \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilmektedir. Bu durum Romanya b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir \u00fclke ile denktir ve \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yer almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde 2040 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle temiz su \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir yakla\u015f\u0131m bulunmas\u0131 temel bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Bu yaln\u0131zca b\u00fcy\u00fck bir zorluk de\u011fildir \u2013 ayn\u0131 zamanda muazzam bir f\u0131rsatt\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Ajans\u0131n\u0131n (IRENA) yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma mevcut durumda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f suyunun yaln\u0131z y\u00fczde 1\u2019inin yenilenebilir kaynaklardan gelen enerjiye dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin etmektedir \u2013 bu durum GCC\u2019nin bu yenilik\u00e7i teknolojide bir d\u00fcnya lideri haline gelmesi i\u00e7in muazzam ticari potansiyel bulundu\u011funun bir g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenilenebilir Su: Uygun Fiyatl\u0131 Bir Ger\u00e7eklik Mi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uluslararas\u0131 Tuzdan Ar\u0131nd\u0131rma Birli\u011fine g\u00f6re tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f suya olan talep her y\u0131l y\u00fczde 8 artmaktad\u0131r. \u2018Geleneksel\u2019 tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rman\u0131n maliyeti orta gelirli b\u00f6lgeler ve \u00fclkeler i\u00e7in zaten uygun bir d\u00fczeye sahiptir. Ama geleneksel tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma tesislerini \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in gereken enerjiyi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in fosil yak\u0131tlar kullan\u0131lmaya devam edilmesi yaln\u0131zca bir \u00e7evre sorununun yerine bir di\u011ferini koymak demektir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yerine yenilenebilir enerji ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma i\u015flemine \u00f6nem verilmelidir. \u0130leriyi g\u00f6ren baz\u0131 k\u00fcresel pazarlar \u015fimdiden bu konuda \u00f6nlem almaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin Bat\u0131 Avustralya\u2019da eyalet y\u00f6netimi t\u00fcm yeni tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma tesislerinin yenilenebilir enerji kullanmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fmaktad\u0131r\u00a0\u2013 bunun sonucunda Perth Deniz Suyu Tuzdan Ar\u0131nd\u0131rma Tesisi (SWRO), Perth\u2019in kuzeyinde bulunan bir r\u00fczgar \u00e7iftli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretilen elektrik ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yenilenebilir teknolojiler ile ilgili maliyetler azalmaya devam ettik\u00e7e hem yenilenebilir enerji \u00fcretimi hem tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma s\u00fcreci i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan teknolojilerde yer alan geli\u015fmeler birle\u015ferek yenilenebilir tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmay\u0131 \u00e7ok daha eri\u015filebilir bir duruma getirecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni teknolojiler \u2013 \u00f6n ar\u0131tma i\u015flemleri, nano teknoloji filtre etme i\u015flemleri ve elektro-mekanik tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma dahil olmak \u00fczere \u2013 ayr\u0131ca tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rmay\u0131 daha verimli duruma getirmektedir. Ama bunlar hen\u00fcz ilk geli\u015ftirme a\u015famalar\u0131nda bulunmaktad\u0131r. Hem bunlar\u0131n geli\u015fmesi hem de g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131s\u0131l, g\u00fcne\u015f fotovoltaik (PV), r\u00fczgar ve jeotermal enerji gibi tuzdan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma i\u00e7in uygun olan yenilenebilir teknolojilerin geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00e7aba harcamal\u0131y\u0131z.
