Bir zamanlar yak\u0131ndaki bir milli park\u0131n manzaras\u0131n\u0131 bozdu\u011fu i\u00e7in ele\u015ftirilen RWE\u2019nin i\u015fletti\u011fi 400\u00a0MW\u2019l\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131k deniz r\u00fczgar \u00e7iftli\u011fi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rampionoffshore.com\/\">Rampion<\/a>\u2019a art\u0131k Brighton\u2019da ya\u015fayan bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131lar ve dalg\u0131\u00e7lar tekne gezileri d\u00fczenliyorlar<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n zamanda d\u00fcnyada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen olaylar, fosil yak\u0131tlara bel ba\u011flamak yerine yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmenin sadece \u00e7evresel bir mesele olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n da alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Uygun fiyatl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir enerji istiyorsan\u0131z bulundu\u011funuz b\u00f6lgeye yak\u0131n bir tedarik kayna\u011f\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131z var demektir. Birden fazla ulusal s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fan tankerlere ve binlerce km uzunlu\u011funda boru hatlar\u0131na g\u00fcvenmezsiniz.<\/p>\n<p>Olumlu a\u00e7\u0131dan bakacak olursak r\u00fczgar enerjisinin temelini olu\u015fturan teknoloji giderek daha kapsaml\u0131 hale gelmekte ve ucuz, g\u00fcvenli ve emniyetli enerji \u00fcretmenin zorluklar\u0131na yan\u0131t vermektedir. R\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinlerinin do\u011fal ya\u015fam\u0131 ve radar sistemlerini etkiledi\u011fine dair endi\u015feler var. Bu endi\u015felere yan\u0131t veren ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar s\u00fcrerken, kanat teknolojisi de geli\u015fmeye devam ediyor. A\u00e7\u0131k deniz r\u00fczgar\u0131 ve y\u00fczer platformlar gibi yenilik\u00e7i teknolojiler, yak\u0131n zamana kadar kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n hayal bile edilemeyece\u011fi yerlerde b\u00fcy\u00fck miktarlarda r\u00fczgar enerjisi sa\u011flamaya olanak tan\u0131yor. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te sadece t\u00fcrbinler geli\u015fmiyor ayn\u0131 zamanda s\u00fcrekli olmayan bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131na adapte olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi i\u00e7in da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m a\u011f\u0131 da geli\u015fiyor.<\/p>\n<h2>B\u00fcy\u00fcyen pazar<\/h2>\n<p>R\u00fczgardan \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin, fosil yak\u0131tlardan \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fe k\u0131yasla nispeten d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyeti de r\u00fczgar enerjisinin y\u00fckselen kaderinde \u00f6nemli bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. \u00d6rne\u011fin ABD\u2019de 1980 y\u0131l\u0131nda kilovatsaat (kWsa) ba\u015f\u0131na 0,55 ABD dolar\u0131 olan r\u00fczgar enerjisi maliyetleri g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde kWsa ba\u015f\u0131na 0,03 ABD dolar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>. Bu \u00f6l\u00e7ek, haliyle yerel ko\u015fullara g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k sergilese de r\u00fczgar enerjisinin ne kadar uygun maliyetli olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. Haziran 2023\u2019te Enerji Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> en g\u00fcncel rakamlar\u0131na bakacak olursak kesinlikle b\u00fcy\u00fcyor. Tarihte en y\u00fcksek \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc seviyelerin g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 78 GW r\u00fczgar g\u00fcc\u00fc kapasitesi eklendi (yaln\u0131zca \u00f6nceki iki y\u0131l\u0131n rakamlar\u0131 bundan daha y\u00fcksekti) ve toplam kurulu r\u00fczgar kapasitesi 906 GW\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131. Bu, y\u0131ldan y\u0131la (YoY) %9\u2019luk bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu toplam\u0131n 68,8 GW\u2019\u0131 yeni kara r\u00fczgar\u0131 tesislerinden, geri kalan\u0131n\u0131 ise a\u00e7\u0131k deniz tesislerinden elde edilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7in, 5 GW ile k\u00fcresel a\u00e7\u0131k deniz r\u00fczgar geli\u015ftirmesine liderlik etmeye devam ediyor. Avrupa, Fransa ve \u0130talya\u2019n\u0131n ilk ticari a\u00e7\u0131k deniz r\u00fczgar projelerini hayata ge\u00e7irmesiyle 2022\u2019de 2,5 GW\u2019l\u0131k kapasiteye sahip oldu. Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n toplam a\u00e7\u0131k deniz r\u00fczgar kapasitesi 30 MW\u2019t\u0131r ve bu kapasitenin %46\u2019s\u0131 Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k\u2019tad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc beklentiler<\/h2>\n<p>Belirsiz bir k\u00fcresel jeopolitik durum, \u00f6zellikle ABD ve Avrupa\u2019da enerji g\u00fcvenli\u011fini ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rman\u0131n bir yolu olarak yenilenebilir enerjiye yeniden odaklanmay\u0131 destekliyor<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da, AB\u2019nin 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar veya daha \u00f6nceki bir tarihte, Rusya\u2019n\u0131n do\u011fal gaz\u0131na olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 taahh\u00fct eden REPowerEU3 program\u0131 uygulamaya kondu<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>. Program, ruhsat izniyle ilgili darbo\u011fazlar\u0131 ve yenilenebilir enerji projelerinin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki di\u011fer engelleri a\u015fmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Birle\u015fik Devletler\u2019de<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> \u00fclkenin yenilenebilir enerji, karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f nakliye, enerji depolama, elektrik \u015febekesi ve enerji verimlili\u011fine yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda devrim yaratan Enflasyon Azaltma Yasas\u0131 (IRA) y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konmu\u015ftur. Bu mevzuat, sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nemli miktarda yat\u0131r\u0131mlar yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmi\u015ftir. Benzer \u015fekilde, \u00c7in\u2019in 2021-2025 d\u00f6nemini kapsayan 14. Sabit temelli t\u00fcrbinlerden daha ucuz olman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 60 metreden daha derin sulara eri\u015fim ve 30-50 metre orta derinlik ko\u015fullar\u0131nda bile basitle\u015ftirilmi\u015f t\u00fcrbin kurulumu gibi iki \u00f6nemli avantaj\u0131 daha vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sabit kurulumlara k\u0131yasla FOWT\u2019nin \u00fcretimi ve kurulumu daha kolayd\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar karada olu\u015fturulup birle\u015ftirilebilir ve daha sonra a\u00e7\u0131k denizdeki kurulum sahas\u0131na \u00e7ekilebilir. Sonu\u00e7 olarak FOWT\u2019nin \u00e7evre \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok daha az etkisi vard\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc deniz yata\u011f\u0131na \u00e7ok daha az m\u00fcdahale gerektirir.<\/p>\n<p>Su derinlikleri 60 metreyi a\u015fan ve d\u00fcnya deniz r\u00fczgar\u0131 potansiyelinin yakla\u015f\u0131k %80\u2019ini olu\u015fturan b\u00f6lgelerde bulunan<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a> y\u00fczen a\u00e7\u0131k deniz r\u00fczgar tesisleri kayda de\u011fer bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme potansiyeline sahiptir.
