Rapor, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda k\u00f6m\u00fcr, petrol ve gaz gibi geleneksel hidrokarbon yak\u0131tlar\u0131n daralma etkisini \u00f6l\u00e7meyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yordu. Hidrokarbon yak\u0131tlar\u0131 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda k\u00fcresel enerji \u00fcretiminin %30\u2019unu olu\u015ftururken, 2040 itibariyle bu oran\u0131n <a name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a>%8\u2019e kadar<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> d\u00fc\u015fmesi bekleniyor. 2040 y\u0131l\u0131 itibariyle k\u00fcresel GW \u00fcretiminin %29\u2019unu olu\u015fturma potansiyeli olan PV, ba\u015fl\u0131ca rakip olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor. IEA\u2019ya g\u00f6re d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131 anlar\u0131, kurulu PV kapasitesi 2025 civar\u0131nda r\u00fczgar\u0131, 2030\u2019da hidroenerjiyi ve 2040 civar\u0131nda da k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc ge\u00e7ti\u011finde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak.<\/p>\n<p>IEA raporu <em>\u201cHane halk\u0131 ve i\u015fletmeler taraf\u0131ndan da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lan solar PV yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc destekleyici rol oynasa da, bunun b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 fayda \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011findedir,\u201d<\/em> diye ekliyor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/tr\/perspective\/storing-success-batteries-revolutionizing-global-energy-market\/\">Pil teknolojisindeki<\/a> son ve devam eden geli\u015fmeler PV\u2019nin daha uygun, daha g\u00fcvenilir ve tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z daha uygun maliyetli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6recektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PV finansal ve etik bir zorunluluk oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n enerjiye olan susuzlu\u011fu \u00e7ok az azalma belirtisi g\u00f6steriyor. Sadece Asya\u2019da, hane halk\u0131 elektrik talebi 2012 ve 2017 aras\u0131nda y\u0131ll\u0131k %3,7 oran\u0131nda sabit bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6sterdi. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi giderek daha net bir \u015fekilde do\u011fru zamanda do\u011fru teknoloji; toplumun devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flarken onu ye\u015file \u00e7eviren bir teknoloji oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu ortam, \u00e7evre koruma d\u00fczenlemeleriyle giderek daha fazla me\u015fgul olan k\u00fcresel h\u00fck\u00fcmetler taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmektedir. Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler\u2019in <a href=\"https:\/\/sustainabledevelopment.un.org\/\">S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Hedefleri<\/a>\u2019nden biri, 2030 tarihine kadar herkes i\u00e7in \u201cuygun fiyatl\u0131 ve temiz enerji\u201d sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>BM, insanlar\u0131n %13\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn elektri\u011fe eri\u015fimi olmadan ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve belli bir y\u0131lda 4,3 milyon ki\u015finin hava kirlili\u011finden \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011ferlendirerek, temiz enerji \u00fcretiminin binalar, ula\u015f\u0131m ve sanayi genelinde k\u00fcresel bir \u00f6ncelik olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunuyor. Benzer \u015fekilde, BM yenilenebilir enerji ara\u015ft\u0131rma projeleri konusunda daha fazla uluslararas\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fini te\u015fvik etme ve bu sekt\u00f6rlere yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmay\u0131 \u00f6zendirme s\u00f6z\u00fc verdi.<\/p>\n<p>BM\u2019nin temiz enerji tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na m\u00fcdahalesi zaman\u0131nda olmu\u015ftur. IEA genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Dr. Fatih Birol\u2019un belirtti\u011fi gibi: \u201c<em>K\u00fcresel enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n %70\u2019inden fazlas\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmet kaynakl\u0131 olacak, bu nedenle mesaj a\u00e7\u0131k; d\u00fcnyan\u0131n enerji kaderi h\u00fck\u00fcmetler taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nan kararlara ve politikalara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zoxR113ED-A?feature=youtu\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>MENAT neden g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi konusunda ba\u015far\u0131 \u00e7izgisinde?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PV sistemlerinin maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015ferken petrol maliyetinin artmas\u0131 nedeniyle MENAT b\u00f6lgesi genelinde 2019 ve sonras\u0131nda PV yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131nda bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi i\u015fine ge\u00e7 kalan \u00fclkeler \u015fimdi iddial\u0131 hedefler belirlerken, halihaz\u0131rda g\u00fcne\u015f altyap\u0131s\u0131na sahip olanlar PV hedeflerini art\u0131rd\u0131lar. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck tarifelerin cazibesi, d\u00fczenli olarak yeni b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli projelerin duyuruldu\u011fu b\u00f6lgede (Suudi Arabistan, Kuveyt, Katar, M\u0131s\u0131r, Umman, Bahreyn, \u00dcrd\u00fcn, BAE, Fas ve M\u0131s\u0131r) g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi giri\u015fimlerini tetikledi. Bu, geleneksel tesislerin veya ticari tesislerin \u00f6tesine uzan\u0131yor: birden fazla \u00fclke, y\u0131l sonundan \u00f6nce \u00f6nemli \u00e7at\u0131 tesisatlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7aba g\u00f6steriyor<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Suudi Arabistan, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6zellikle verimli bir alan olarak g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcyor ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki on y\u0131lda 9,5 GW\u2019lik ye\u015fil enerji planl\u0131yor. PV projeleri i\u00e7in uluslararas\u0131 bankalardan finansal destek sa\u011flayan \u00dcrd\u00fcn ve M\u0131s\u0131r da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, \u00fcn kazanmak istiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u015firketi Apricum taraf\u0131ndan elde edilen veriler, MENAT genelinde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi talebinin ne kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>. 2015 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n 0,8 GW\u2019lik de\u011ferinden art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stererek, 2021 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar 5,5 GW (d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck) ila 9,1 GW (y\u00fcksek) g\u00fcce e\u015fde\u011fer yeni PV kurulumlar\u0131n\u0131n gerekli olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu, MENAT\u2019\u0131n toplam kurulu PV kapasitesini 2022\u2019ye kadar 32,5 GW\u2019ye (y\u00fcksek) ta\u015f\u0131yacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7in, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri, Hindistan ve Japonya h\u00e2l\u00e2 k\u00fcresel g\u00fcne\u015f a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131 olsa da (2017 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar d\u00fcnyan\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulum kapasitesinin d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc temsil ediyorlard\u0131); MENAT genelinde artan talep, bu k\u00fcresel \u00f6nc\u00fclleri izleyen K\u00f6rfez \u0130\u015fbirli\u011fi Konseyi (GCC) \u00fcyelerinin ilgisini \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ne de olsa b\u00f6lge baz\u0131 pratik faydalar sunuyor. K\u00e2rl\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi \u00fcretiminin iki temel ta\u015f\u0131, MENAT b\u00f6lgesinde bol bulunan kaynaklar olan, g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve a\u00e7\u0131k aland\u0131r. Daha b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralleri (\u00e7o\u011fu zaman d\u00fcnyan\u0131n di\u011fer sanayile\u015fmi\u015f b\u00f6lgelerinde imkans\u0131zd\u0131r), daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck MWP maliyetine sahiptir. Yo\u011fun g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, enerji \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olsa da m\u00fchendislerin ve teknisyenlerin yaz aylar\u0131nda sabah 10:00\u2019dan \u00f6\u011fleden sonra 15:00\u2019e kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015famamas\u0131na neden olarak mesai saatlerini s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131rabilir. Ve MENAT, elbette, her yerde oldu\u011fu gibi k\u00fcresel ekonomik gerilemelere, finansal yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara ve siyasi huzursuzlu\u011fa duyarl\u0131 olmaya devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak bu zorluklar, dikkati g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc MENAT\u2019\u0131n ye\u015fil enerji devriminin kalbinde on y\u0131llard\u0131r konumland\u0131ran, zorlay\u0131c\u0131 kan\u0131tlardan ba\u015fka y\u00f6ne \u00e7ekmemelidir. PV kapasitesinin 2021 itibariyle 1 TW\u2019ye yakla\u015fabilece\u011fi bir d\u00fcnyaya do\u011fru ilerliyoruz. PV\u2019nin \u201ck\u00fcresel enerji kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131na girmeye devam edece\u011fini\u201d ve 2015\u2019ten 2050\u2019ye kadar 60 kat artaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren k\u00fcresel y\u00f6netim dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 McKinsey &amp; Company ger\u00e7ekten de iyimser<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Buna g\u00f6re, MENAT\u2019\u0131n f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmek giderek daha da zorla\u015f\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131 Wood Mackenzie, en b\u00fcy\u00fck 20 PV pazar\u0131n\u0131n 2023\u2019e kadar yeni k\u00fcresel talebin %83\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin ediyor. En h\u0131zl\u0131 hareket eden \u00fclkelerin hepsi Orta Do\u011fu ve Akdeniz \u00e7evresinde (Suudi Arabistan, \u0130ran, M\u0131s\u0131r ve \u0130talya) yo\u011funla\u015f\u0131yor<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.
