Batarya ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan elektrikli ara\u00e7lar (BEV) teoride bunu ba\u015farabilir ancak her zaman, \u015farj edildikleri yerdeki enerji kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131na ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 kalacaklard\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, hidrojen yak\u0131t h\u00fccreleri ak\u00fclere g\u00f6re daha az enerji t\u00fcketir ve \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde daha az malzeme gerektirir.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-91964\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ALJ-Hydrogen-Public-Well-to-Wheel-Emissions.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1465\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Daha uzun menziller, daha y\u00fcksek ta\u015f\u0131ma kapasitesi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Menzil art\u0131\u015f\u0131, hidrojenle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00f6zellikle toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ek manas\u0131yla kendisini g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi konudur. Hidrojen, hem hacim hem de k\u00fctle (veya a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k) olarak bataryalara g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek bir enerji yo\u011funlu\u011funa sahiptir. Hidrojen araban\u0131n tipik menzili 700-800 km iken en iyi performans g\u00f6steren elektrikli ara\u00e7larda bu de\u011fer sadece 300-400 km ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\"><sup>[6]<\/sup><\/a> Bu nedenle FCEV\u2019ler, b\u00fcy\u00fck ara\u00e7lar ve uzun mesafeler i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a uygundur. Elektrik tercih edilen se\u00e7enek olmay\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrse de demir yollar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan y\u00fckseltmeler genellikle hidrojene ge\u00e7i\u015ften daha yava\u015f ve daha pahal\u0131d\u0131r. Almanya\u2019da pilot \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar devam ederken Avusturya ve Fransa\u2019da ise daha fazla proje ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi duyurulmu\u015ftur.<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\"><sup>[10]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Daha ye\u015fil, daha temiz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hidrojen, evrende en fazla bulunan element olsa da toplu ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 karbondan ar\u0131nd\u0131rma potansiyelini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmede \u00f6nemli engeller mevcuttur.<\/p>\n<p>Hidrojenin kendisi inan\u0131lmaz derecede temiz ve emisyonsuz olsa da \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci, Abdul Latif Jameel Perspectives\u2019in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/perspective\/hydrogen-energy-a-green-revolution-hiding-in-plain-sight\/\">ye\u015fil hidrojen<\/a> konulu makalesinde belirtildi\u011fi gibi \u00e7o\u011fu zaman s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir de\u011fildir. K\u00fcresel olarak t\u00fcketilen hidrojenin yakla\u015f\u0131k %95\u2019inin \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinde h\u00e2l\u00e2 fosil yak\u0131tlar kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\"><sup>[11]<\/sup><\/a> Bu da y\u0131lda 830 milyon ton karbondioksit sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131na tekab\u00fcl etmekte; Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k ve Endonezya\u2019n\u0131n toplam karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131yla hemen hemen ayn\u0131 miktara kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k gelmektedir.<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\"><sup>[12]<\/sup><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenilenebilir enerji yetersizli\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik sorununun a\u00e7\u0131k yan\u0131t\u0131 ye\u015fil hidrojendir; ancak bu konuda da zorluklar vard\u0131r. D\u00fcnyadaki mevcut kurulu yenilenebilir elektrik kapasitesi 23,4 GW k\u0131y\u0131dan denize r\u00fczgar, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/perspective\/wind-power-at-full-force-in-landmark-year\/\">540,4 GW denizden karaya r\u00fczgar<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/en\/perspective\/solar-prospects-have-never-been-brighter\/\">480,4 GW fotovoltaik g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi<\/a> ve 397 GW n\u00fckleer enerjidir. Bu rakamlar, tahmin edilen talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamaya yetecek miktarda ye\u015fil hidrojen sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in gereken yenilenebilir g\u00fc\u00e7 seviyesinin olduk\u00e7a alt\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.irena.org\/\">Uluslararas\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Ajans\u0131<\/a> (IRENA), 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar k\u00fcresel enerji kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda yenilenebilir elektrikten elde edilen hidrojen miktar\u0131n\u0131n 19 eksaj\u00fcl olaca\u011f\u0131ndan s\u00f6z etmektedir.<a href=\"#_ftn13\" name=\"_ftnref13\"><sup>[13]<\/sup><\/a> Bu kadar ye\u015fil hidrojen \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in her y\u0131l bu \u00fcretime mahsus en az 6.690 TWh elektrik gerekir. Bu da 1.775 GW k\u0131y\u0131dan denize r\u00fczgar enerjisi, 2.243 GW denizden karaya r\u00fczgar enerjisi, 4.240 fotovoltaik g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi veya 957 GW n\u00fckleer enerjiye<a href=\"#_ftn14\" name=\"_ftnref14\"><sup>[14]<\/sup><\/a> e\u015f de\u011fer oldu\u011fundan, mevcut ve hatta planlanan kurulu kapasitemizin \u00e7ok \u00f6tesindedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu rakamlar; yaln\u0131zca toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma i\u00e7in de\u011fil, t\u00fcm k\u00fcresel hidrojen gereksinimi i\u00e7in olsa da ye\u015fil hidrojenin vadetti\u011fi potansiyelin tamam\u0131na <em>ger\u00e7ekten<\/em> ula\u015fabilece\u011fi miktar\u0131 \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in gereken altyap\u0131 geli\u015ftirme \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fi hakk\u0131nda bir fikir vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yeterince ucuz de\u011fil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son ve belki de en \u00f6nemli zorluk, ye\u015fil hidrojenin pahal\u0131 olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Avrupa \u0130mar ve Kalk\u0131nma Bankas\u0131\u2019na (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ebrd.com\">EBRD<\/a>) g\u00f6re ye\u015fil hidrojen \u015fu anda kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 3-6 ABD dolar\u0131 maliyete sahipken fosil yak\u0131tlardan \u00fcretilen hidrojenin kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na maliyeti 1-1,8 ABD dolar\u0131d\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn15\" name=\"_ftnref15\"><sup>[15]<\/sup><\/a> Bu rakamlar, altyap\u0131 y\u00fckseltmelerini ve operasyonel harcamalar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermemektedir.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-91929\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alj.com\/app\/uploads\/2021\/09\/ALJ-Hydrogen-Clean-Future.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1810\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Peki, hidrojen kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l h\u0131zland\u0131rabiliriz?<\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcm yenilenebilir enerji \u00e7e\u015fitlerinde oldu\u011fu gibi hidrojenin de ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, yukar\u0131da belirtilen zorluklar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelmek ve hidrojeni ticari olarak anlaml\u0131 bir alternatif haline getirmek i\u00e7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin bol miktarda te\u015fvik sa\u011flamas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finansman, politikalar ve d\u00fczenleyici \u00e7er\u00e7eve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>IEA\u2019ya g\u00f6re, devam etmekte olan 200\u2019den fazla hidrojen projesinin \u00e7o\u011fu h\u00e2l\u00e2 devlet fonuna bel ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn16\" name=\"_ftnref16\"><sup>[16]<\/sup><\/a> Bunun, yak\u0131n zamanda de\u011fi\u015fmesi olas\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnmemektedir. Hidrojenin ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i, uygun maliyetli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 haline gelme ihtimalini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in Uluslararas\u0131 Yenilenebilir Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IRENA) \u015funlar\u0131 \u00f6nermektedir:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yeni teknolojilerin ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 maliyetini dengelemek i\u00e7in sermaye harcamas\u0131 s\u00fcbvansiyonlar\u0131 ve vergi indirimleri gibi finansal destek ara\u00e7lar\u0131 tasarlamak,<\/li>\n<li>Hidrojen talebinin artmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in end\u00fcstride yenilenebilir enerji i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile ilgili sal\u0131n\u0131m k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131n\u0131 ve zorunluluklar\u0131n\u0131 uygulamaya koymak,<\/li>\n<li>Uzun vadeli gaz \u015febekesi enjeksiyon vergileri y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koymak,<\/li>\n<li>Elektroliz\u00f6r operat\u00f6rlerinin yard\u0131mc\u0131 hizmet pazarlar\u0131na kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak,<\/li>\n<li>Pazar al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmek, altyap\u0131 ve hidrojen sunumunu desteklemek i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 risklerden ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak.<a href=\"#_ftn17\" name=\"_ftnref17\"><sup>[17]<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u2026Geri kalan\u0131n\u0131 pazar kendisi halledecektir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ye\u015fil hidrojen, kullan\u0131m\u0131 yayg\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in pahal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 kendisine yer edindik\u00e7e basit \u00f6l\u00e7ek ekonomileri devreye girecek ve kullan\u0131m artt\u0131k\u00e7a fiyatlar d\u00fc\u015fecektir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, yenilenebilir enerji maliyetleri ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olarak d\u00fc\u015fmeye devam edecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n zamandaki \u201cHidrojenin Gelece\u011fi\u201d raporunda IEA,<a href=\"#_ftn18\" name=\"_ftnref18\">[18]<\/a> yenilenebilir enerjiden hidrojen \u00fcretme maliyetinin, yenilenebilir enerji maliyetlerinin azalmas\u0131 ve hidrojen \u00fcretiminin artmas\u0131 sonucunda 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar %30 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015febilece\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir. EBRD, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ye\u015fil hidrojenin kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na 1,50 ABD dolar\u0131ndan fazla olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin etmektedir.
