\u80a1\u4e1c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b89\u5229\u6377\u80fd\u6e90\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u6536\u8d2d FRV \u662f\u591a\u5e74\u80fd\u6e90\u6218\u7565\u610f\u6599\u4e4b\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u6b65\uff0c\u5e76\u9075\u5faa\u4e24\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u4e8e 2014 \u5e74 1 \u6708\u5ba3\u5e03\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5408\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b89\u5229\u6377\u4e3b\u5e2d\u517c\u603b\u88c1 <a href=\"https:\/\/alj.com\/en\/our-people\/mohammed-abdul-latif-jameel\/\">Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel<\/a> \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u8fd9\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u6e90\u4e1a\u52a1\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5b9e\u65bd\u73b0\u884c\u6218\u7565\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u6b64\u6b21\u6536\u8d2d\u91ca\u653e\u51fa\u6211\u4eec\u6253\u7b97\u6210\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u5148\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u5f3a\u70c8\u4fe1\u53f7\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u6211\u4eec\u6210\u4e3a\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u5f00\u53d1\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u4f7c\u4f7c\u8005\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u5bfb\u6c42\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u9886\u57df\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u6536\u8d2d\uff0c\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3 \u5168\u8d1f\u8377\u8fd0\u884c\u7684\u5de5\u5382\uff08\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u7684 \u201cRoyalla\u201d\uff09\u3001\u5728\u5efa\u548c\u7b7e\u7ea6\u7684 370 MWdc \u5de5\u5382\uff08\u4e4c\u62c9\u572d 65 MWdc \u7684 \u201cLa Jacinta\u201d\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a 70 MWdc \u7684\u201cMoree\u201d\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u5408\u8ba1 175 MWdc \u7684\u4e94\u4e2a\u5de5\u5382\u5728\u5df4\u897f\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a 60 MWdc \u7684\u5de5\u5382\u5728\u57c3\u53ca\uff09\u3002\u53e6\u5916\u8fd8\u6709 3.4 GWdc \u6e90\u81ea\u4e0d\u540c\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5904\u4e8e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u9636\u6bb5\u30022006 \u5e74\u81f3\u4eca\uff0cFRV \u5df2\u6210\u529f\u5f00\u53d1\u5e76\u5265\u79bb\u5927\u7ea6 1.7 GWdc\uff08\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u81ea\u7f8e\u56fd\u3001\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u548c\u610f\u5927\u5229\u7684\u9879\u76ee\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b89\u5229\u6377\u80fd\u6e90\u4e0e\u73af\u5883\u670d\u52a1\u516c\u53f8\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98 Roberto de Diego Arozamena \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6536\u8d2d FRV \u5de9\u56fa\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u5149\u4f0f\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u76ee\u6807\u662f\u6210\u4e3a\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u7535\u529b\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u3002FRV \u62e5\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u6280\u672f\u7ec4\u5408\u3001\u592a\u9633\u80fd\u5149\u4f0f\u53d1\u7535\u5382\u5f00\u53d1\u9886\u57df\u7684\u9886\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6280\u672f\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9274\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u51b3\u5b9a\u6536\u8d2d FRV\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u878d\u8d44\u3001\u5185\u90e8\u5de5\u7a0b\u548c\u91c7\u8d2d\u80fd\u529b\uff0cFRV \u7ba1\u7406\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u517c\u5171\u540c\u603b\u88c1 Scott Mackin \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u8fd1\u4e09\u5e74\u6765\uff0cDenham Capital \u975e\u5e38\u8363\u5e78\u80fd\u591f\u4e0e FRV
