\u5e74\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u5168\u7403\u4eba\u53e3\u7ee7\u7eed\u4ee5\u60ca\u4eba\u901f\u5ea6\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u7cae\u98df\u9700\u6c42\u5c06\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u957f 50%\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u73b0\u8c61\u5c06\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8017\u5c3d\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u6bcf\u5e74\u5927\u7ea6 30% \u7684\u7cae\u98df\u4ea7\u91cf\uff08\u5927\u7ea6 13 \u4ebf\u5428\uff09\u88ab\u4e22\u5f03\u6216\u672a\u88ab\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740\u7cae\u98df\u751f\u4ea7\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6c34\u4e5f\u906d\u5230\u6d6a\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u6ee1\u8db3\u5230 2050 \u5e74\u7684\u5168\u7403\u7cae\u98df\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u519c\u4e1a\u751f\u4ea7\u5fc5\u987b\u589e\u957f 60%\uff0c\u8fd9\u5bf9\u5168\u7403\u519c\u5b66\u5bb6\u548c\u6280\u672f\u4e13\u5bb6\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b89\u5229\u6377\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u5206\u652f <a href=\"http:\/\/aljci.org\/\">Abdul Latif Jameel\u793e\u533a\u6d3b\u52a8 (ALJCI)<\/a> \u6b63\u5728\u652f\u6301\u76f8\u5173\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5f3a\u5316\u4e0e\u4e16\u754c\u9886\u5bfc\u8005\u7684\u957f\u671f\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5e94\u5bf9\u7cae\u98df\u548c\u6c34\u77ed\u7f3a\uff0c\u5316\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u62c5\u5fe7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>ALJCI \u5df2\u7ecf\u548c<a href=\"http:\/\/web.mit.edu\/\">\u9ebb\u7701\u7406\u5de5\u5b66\u9662\uff08MIT\uff09<\/a>\u5728\u6276\u8d2b\u8ba1\u5212\u4e0a\u5408\u4f5c\u591a\u5e74\uff0c\u5982\u4eca\u5df2\u5728\u9ebb\u7701\u7406\u5de5\u5b66\u9662\uff08MIT\uff09\u521b\u5efa\u540d\u4e3a<a href=\"http:\/\/web.mit.edu\/jwafs\/\">\u5b89\u5229\u6377\u4e16\u754c\u4f9b\u6c34\u4e0e\u98df\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4 (J-WAFS) <\/a>\u7684\u65b0\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\uff0c\u5728\u5bf9\u6709\u5173\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u3001\u57ce\u9547\u5316\u548c\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5bf9\u7cae\u98df\u548c\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5c06\u8d77\u5230\u9886\u5bfc\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>J-WAFS \u4e8e 2014 \u5e74 9 \u6708\u5f00\u59cb\u8fd0\u4f5c\uff0c\u5c06\u5f15\u9886\u76f8\u5173\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4eba\u7c7b\u9002\u5e94\u5feb\u901f\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u5730\u7403\uff0c\u5e94\u5bf9\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u7cae\u98df\u548c\u6c34\u77ed\u7f3a\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u89e3\u51b3\u5371\u53ca\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u7cae\u98df\u548c\u6c34\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9274\u4e8e\u5404\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6216\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6c34\u3001\u7cae\u98df\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u9700\u6c42\u5f80\u5f80\u5177\u6709\u5176\u7279\u6b8a\u6027\uff0c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u5c06\u5f3a\u8c03\u9488\u5bf9\u4e0d\u540c\u6d3b\u52a8\u9886\u57df\u5b9e\u65bd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u5c06\u901a\u8fc7\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5b66\u79d1\uff1a\u57ce\u5e02\u89c4\u5212\u4e0e\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u5de5\u7a0b\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u3001\u6c14\u5019\u4e0e\u6c34\u6587\u5b66\u4ee5\u53ca\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u79d1\u5b66\uff0c\u529b\u6c42\u5f00\u53d1\u5e7f\u6cdb\u9002\u7528\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>*
