Potrero Solar\uff08296 MW dc\uff09\u878d\u8d44\u5173\u95ed\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e09\u6708\u4efd\u4e0e\u56fd\u9645\u91d1\u878d\u516c\u53f8\uff08IFC\uff09\u548c\u56fd\u5bb6\u5546\u4e1a\u94f6\u884c\uff08Bancomext\uff09\u8fbe\u6210\u4e86\u878d\u8d44\u5173\u95ed\uff0c\u5de5\u5382\u4e8e 5 \u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\u5f00\u59cb\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u5c06\u4e8e 2020 \u5e74\u4e2d\u671f\u5b8c\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Potrero Solar \u662f FRV \u5728\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2a\u878d\u8d44\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u4e4b\u524d\u5176\u4efb\u4f55\u4ea7\u54c1\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u751f\u4ea7\u80fd\u6e90\u3001CEL \u6216\u4ea7\u80fd\uff09\u90fd\u5df2\u901a\u8fc7\u62db\u6807\u8ba1\u5212\u8fdb\u884c\u9884\u5148\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u53cc\u9762\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5546\u4e1a<a name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> PV \u9879\u76ee\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 Solar \u7684\u571f\u5730\u9762\u79ef\u7ea6\u4e3a 700 \u516c\u9877\uff0c\u4f4d\u4e8e\u54c8\u5229\u65af\u79d1\u5dde\u7684 Lagos de Moreno\uff0c\u5c06\u4f7f\u7528\u53cc\u9762\u5149\u4f0f\u7ec4\u4ef6\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u65b0\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u540c\u65f6\u6355\u83b7\u9876\u90e8\u6216\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u9633\u5149\uff0c\u5e76\u4ece\u80cc\u9762\u53cd\u5c04\u5149\u3002<\/p>\n<p><iframe EPC\uff08\u5de5\u7a0b\u3001\u91c7\u8d2d\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\uff09\u5408\u540c\u7ec4\u5efa\uff0c\u5c06\u63a8\u52a8\u5f53\u5730\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u65bd\u5de5\u9636\u6bb5\u521b\u9020\u7ea6 1,500 \u4e2a\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FRV \u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u516c\u53f8\u8463\u4e8b\u603b\u7ecf\u7406 Fernando Salinas \u901a\u8fc7\u5f00\u5c55\u8fd9\u4e00\u65d7\u8230\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5c06\u5f15\u9886\u5176\u4ed6\u5927\u578b\u53cc\u9762\u5149\u4f0f\u7535\u7ad9\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5149\u4f0f\u5546\u4e1a\u9879\u76ee\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0cFRV \u5bf9\u4e8e FRV \u662f\u5168\u7403\u9886\u5148\u7684\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u5f00\u53d1\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6d3b\u8dc3\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u4e2d\u4e1c\u3001\u975e\u6d32\u3001\u4e9a\u6d32\u548c\u62c9\u4e01\u7f8e\u6d32\u7b49\u5e02\u573a\u3002 FRV
