13 \u4ebf\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u8ba1\u3002<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u517b\u6b96\u573a\u5185\u7684\u755c\u79bd\u5728\u65e0\u610f\u95f4\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u5404\u7c7b\u6709\u5bb3\u8d85\u7ea7\u75c5\u83cc\u7684\u57f9\u517b\u76bf\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u636e\u6d4b\u7b97\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u517b\u6b96\u573a\u5185\u6709\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u8fbe 50% \u7684\u751f\u732a\u643a\u5e26\u8010\u7532\u6c27\u897f\u6797\u91d1\u9ec4\u8272\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc (MRSA)\u3002<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u5e94\u5bf9\u755c\u79bd\u75ab\u75c5\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb 20 \u5e74\u95f4\u5168\u7403\u6297\u83cc\u836f\u7269\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u589e\u5e45\u8d85 50%\uff0c\u53d1\u5c55\u4e2d\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u589e\u5e45\u5c24\u4e3a\u660e\u663e\uff0c\u8fd9\u7c7b\u5730\u533a\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u89c4\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u529b\u5ea6\u5f80\u5f80\u66f4\u8584\u5f31\u3002\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0c\u7ea6 70% \u7684\u6297\u83cc\u836f\u7528\u4e8e\u755c\u79bd\u517b\u6b96\u9886\u57df\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6bcf\u5e74\u6297\u83cc\u836f\u7269\u4f7f\u7528\u91cf\u7ea6 100,000 \u5428\uff1b\u53d7\u5168\u7403\u4eba\u53e3\u589e\u957f\u62c9\u52a8\uff0c\u8089\u7c7b\u53ca\u755c\u79bd\u4ea7\u54c1\u9700\u6c42\u4e0a\u6da8\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1 2040 \u5e74\u7528\u836f\u603b\u91cf\u5c06\u5347\u81f3\u7ea6 140,000 \u5428\u3002<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><sup>,<\/sup><a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\uff1a<\/strong><strong>\u7f8e\u56fd\u8089\u9e21\u9020\u6210\u6c99\u95e8\u6c0f\u83cc\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u4f8b\u6fc0\u589e<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2025 \u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u591a\u4e2a\u5dde\u5171\u6570\u767e\u4eba\u56e0\u5267\u70c8\u8179\u6cfb\u3001\u53d1\u70e7\u548c\u5455\u5410\u5165\u9662\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6c99\u95e8\u6c0f\u83cc\u68c0\u6d4b\u7ed3\u679c\u5747\u5448\u9633\u6027\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u7ec6\u83cc\u53ef\u4fb5\u67d3\u80a0\u9053\uff0c\u4e25\u91cd\u65f6\u53ef\u81f4\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u66f4\u68d8\u624b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6b64\u6d41\u884c\u83cc\u682a\u5bf9\u78f7\u9709\u7d20\u7b49\u533b\u9662\u5185\u7684\u4e00\u7ebf\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u5177\u5907\u8010\u836f\u6027\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u9020\u6210\u4e24\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u751f\u6d3b\u6eaf\u6e90\u8c03\u67e5\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u8be5\u75be\u75c5\u75c5\u83cc\u7531\u5bb6\u5ead\u6563\u517b\u571f\u9e21<a href=\"https:\/\/alj.com\/en\/spotlight-by-fady-jameel\/time-for-climate-action-to-go-viral\/\">\u4f20\u67d3<\/a>\u7ed9\u4eba\u7c7b\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u6297\u83cc\u836f\u7269\u4f7f\u7528\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u75c5\u83cc\u4ea7\u751f\u8010\u836f\u6027\u7684\u6982\u7387\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u751f\u7269\u6f14\u5316\u7684\u5ba2\u89c2\u89c4\u5f8b\u3002\u5fae\u751f\u7269\uff08\u7ec6\u83cc\u3001\u75c5\u6bd2\u3001\u771f\u83cc\u6216\u5fae\u578b\u5bc4\u751f\u866b\uff09\u957f\u671f\u63a5\u89e6\u836f\u7269\u540e\uff0c\u539f\u672c\u53ef\u88ab\u836f\u7269\u6740\u706d\u7684\u75c5\u539f\u4f53\uff0c\u4f1a\u9010\u6e10\u5bf9\u66fe\u7ecf\u6709\u6548\u7684\u836f\u7269\u4ea7\u751f\u514d\u75ab\u8010\u836f\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u82e5\u6297\u83cc\u836f\u7269\u8010\u836f\u6027\u6301\u7eed\u8513\u5ef6\uff0c\u5230 2050 \u5e74\u5168\u7403\u755c\u79bd\u5b58\u680f\u91cf\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4e0b\u964d 8%\uff1b\u7cae\u98df\u4f9b\u7ed9\u672c\u5c31\u627f\u538b\u7684\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u56fd\u5bb6\/\u5730\u533a\u964d\u5e45\u53ef\u8fbe 11%\u3002<a href=\"#_ftn5\" (MRSA) <\/strong><strong>\u66b4\u53d1<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u65b0\u51a0\u75ab\u60c5\u5c01\u9501\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u82f1\u56fd\u4e00\u5bb6\u70e7\u4f24\u75c5\u623f\u5185\uff0c\u6709 12 \u540d\u5e74\u9f84\u5728 22 \u81f3 70 \u5c81\u7684\u60a3\u8005\u4f24\u53e3\u68c0\u51fa\u91d1\u9ec4\u8272\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc\uff08\u5373 MRSA\uff09\u611f\u67d3\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u591a\u6b21\u6cbb\u7597\u5931\u8d25\u540e\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u786e\u8ba4\u8be5\u83cc\u682a\u6e90\u81ea\u7272\u755c\uff0c\u5bf9\u7532\u6c27\u897f\u6797\u7c7b\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u5b58\u5728\u8010\u836f\u6027\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u5927\u5e45\u538b\u7f29\u4e86\u4e34\u5e8a\u5e72\u9884\u7684\u53ef\u9009\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u6240\u6709\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u60a3\u8005\u5747\u5f97\u5230\u6cbb\u6108\uff0c\u4f46\u59cb\u7ec8\u672a\u80fd\u67e5\u660e MRSA \u8fdb\u5165\u8be5\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u9014\u5f84\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u5e38\u89c4\u6297\u751f\u7d20\u5728\u591a\u6570\u75c5\u4f8b\u4e2d\u7597\u6548\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u517b\u6b96\u6237\u6108\u53d1\u4f9d\u8d56\u622a\u77ed\u4fa7\u8033\u7d20\u7c7b\u836f\u7269\u3002\u8fd9\u7c7b\u6297\u83cc\u836f\u7269\u836f\u6548\u66f4\u5f3a\uff0c\u4f5c\u7528\u9776\u70b9\u662f\u7ec6\u83cc\u6838\u7cd6\u4f53\u4e0a\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u4f4d\u70b9\u3002\u4f46\u5373\u4fbf\u662f\u8be5\u7c7b\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u7ec6\u83cc\u5bf9\u5176\u7684\u8010\u836f\u6027\u4e5f\u5728\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u5f3a\uff0c\u5b58\u5728\u755c\u79bd\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u51cf\u4ea7\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u732a\u75e2\u75be\u7834\u574f\u529b\u6781\u5f3a\uff0c\u5e26\u83cc\u732a\u7fa4\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u53ef\u8fbe 90%\uff0c\u75c5\u6b7b\u7387\u5219\u9ad8\u8fbe 30%\u3002<a href=\"#_ftn7\" 2050 \u5e74\u5168\u7403\u5e74\u5ea6 GDP \u5c06\u4e0b\u964d 3.8%\uff0c\u7d2f\u8ba1\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\u9ad8\u8fbe 100 \u4e07\u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002<a href=\"#_ftn8\"
