20 \u5e74\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c2023 \u5e74 3 \u6708 4 \u65e5\uff0c\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5ba3\u5e03\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e00\u9879\u65b0\u7684\u300a\u516c\u6d77\u6761\u7ea6\u300b\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u4fdd\u62a4\u5730\u7403\u4e0a\u6700\u4e0d\u4e3a\u4eba\u77e5\u3001\u76d1\u7ba1\u6700\u4e0d\u89c4\u8303\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u6700\u4e0d\u529b\u7684\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u201c\u516c\u6d77\u201d\u7684\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u548c\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u6761\u7ea6\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u540d\u79f0\u4e3a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/bbnj\/\">\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ba1\u8f96\u8303\u56f4\u4ee5\u5916\u533a\u57df\u6d77\u6d0b\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027 (BBNJ)<\/a>\uff0c\u5728\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7ebd\u7ea6\u7684\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u603b\u90e8\u5386\u7ecf 36 \u5c0f\u65f6\u7684\u9a6c\u62c9\u677e\u5f0f\u4f1a\u8bae\u540e\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u7531 193 \u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e00\u81f4\u901a\u8fc7\u3002\u8fd9\u662f 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 80 \u5e74\u4ee3\u521d\u4ee5\u6765\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u9996\u4efd\u76f8\u5173\u6761\u7ea6\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u514b\u670d\u4e0e\u516c\u6d77\u517b\u62a4\u548c\u4fdd\u62a4\u6709\u5173\u7684\u79cd\u79cd\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<figure 20 \u5e74\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u624d\u80fd\u8fbe\u6210\u534f\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6761\u7ea6\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u7ed3\u675f\u5bf9\u516c\u6d77\u7684\u4e0d\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u516c\u5e73\u5206\u4eab\u516c\u6d77\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u548c\u79d1\u5b66\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u5168\u7403\u8054\u5408\u8bc4\u4f30\u516c\u6d77\u5927\u578b\u9879\u76ee\u53ef\u884c\u6027\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u548c\u673a\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u5177\u6709\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u516c\u6d77\u76d1\u7ba1\u548c\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u636e\u5e7f\u5927\u652f\u6301\u8005\u79f0\uff0c\u8be5\u534f\u8bae\u5c06\u5728\u5b9e\u73b0\u201c30&#215;30 \u627f\u8bfa\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u201c30&#215;30 \u627f\u8bfa\u201d\u662f 2022 \u5e74\u7b2c 15 \u6b21\u7f14\u7ea6\u65b9\u5927\u4f1a\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u5168\u7403\u610f\u5411\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5728 2030 \u5e74\u4e4b\u524d\u4e3a\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u9646\u5730\u548c\u6d77\u6d0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5728\u524d\u9762\u66fe\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u4eba\u7c7b\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u52a0\u5f3a\u5730\u7403\u6d77\u6d0b\u73af\u5883\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u65e2\u8981\u9632\u6b62<a href=\"https:\/\/alj.com\/en\/spotlight-by-fady-jameel\/turning-the-tide\/\">\u4e0d\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5f00\u53d1<\/a>\uff0c\u53c8\u8981\u9632\u8303<a href=\"https:\/\/alj.com\/en\/spotlight-by-fady-jameel\/finding-a-solution-to-plastic-pollution\/\">\u4eba\u4e3a\u6c61\u67d3<\/a>\u3002\u5982\u679c\u300a\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u516c\u6d77\u6761\u7ea6\u300b\u987a\u5229\u5b9e\u65bd\u5e76\u5f97\u5230\u9075\u5b88\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u5728\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u5e94\u5bf9\u4e3e\u63aa\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u6398\u6df1\u6d77\u5b9d\u85cf\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u533b\u5b66\u548c\u79d1\u5b66\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e0e\u8bb8\u591a\u6781\u5bcc\u8fdc\u89c1\u7684\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u76f8\u5173\u534f\u8bae\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5341\u5206\u5927\u80c6\u7684\u201c\u5047\u8bbe\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6d77\u6d0b\u7684\u72c2\u91ce\u897f\u90e8<\/h2>\n<p>\u7b7e\u8ba2\u65b0\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u6d77\u6d0b\u56fd\u9645\u6761\u7ea6\u7edd\u5bf9\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u503c\u5f97\u5e86\u8d3a\u7684\u5927\u597d\u4e8b\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u65b0\u6761\u7ea6\u5e76\u975e\u9762\u5411\u6240\u6709\u6d77\u6d0b\u533a\u57df\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u7279\u522b\u5173\u6ce8\u516c\u6d77\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u63a2\u8ba8\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u6f5c\u529b\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u5148\u754c\u5b9a\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u201c\u516c\u6d77\u201d\u7a76\u7adf\u662f\u6307\u54ea\u4e9b\u533a\u57df\uff1f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u9700\u8981\u4fdd\u62a4\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u516c\u6d77\u5360\u5168\u7403\u6d77\u6d0b\u9762\u79ef\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\uff0c\u88ab\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u6240\u6709\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u533a\u4e13\u5c5e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6d77\u57df\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\u533a\u57df<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u516c\u6d77\u4e0d\u53d7\u4efb\u4f55\u56fd\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ba1\u8f96\uff08\u6362\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u4e0d\u53d7\u7ba1\u5236\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5f00\u91c7\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u4e0d\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5546\u4e1a\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>\uff08\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u5317\u5927\u897f\u6d0b\u6d77\u57df\u6784\u6210\uff09\u3002\u636e\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u548c\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u670d\u52a1\u653f\u5e9c\u95f4\u79d1\u5b66\u653f\u7b56\u5e73\u53f0<a
