This month, hundreds of Associates from across Abdul Latif Jameel’s network of businesses came together in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for a celebration of excellence, connection, and shared purpose.  Under the banner ‘TOGETHER’ we celebrate the incredible achievements of our Associates, foster meaningful knowledge exchange, and strengthen the bonds that make our workplaces thrive.

The event – spanning eight celebrations and two locations – was an opportunity to recognize individual contributions that fuel our collective success through impactful HR initiatives, share insights that inspire innovation, and build lasting connections across teams.

Held on November 5, 2025, at the Hussein Jameel Associates House and Jameel Academy (formerly HTCL), ‘TOGETHER – Jeddah 2025’ included the Kaizen Masters recognition, the 30-years tenure ceremony, the ‘Jameel Inspiring Leaders Program’, and the ‘Jameel Management Trainee Program’ (MTP) graduation.

Together, we created moments that mattered, by taking time to recognize the meaningful contributions of individuals and businesses.  One of the most moving moments of the day was when 109 Saudi-based Associates who had completed 30 years of service were honored.  Their dedication and loyalty to Abdul Latif Jameel was highlighted, but so too the legacy they have helped build across generations.

Looking towards a more beautiful tomorrow, we also celebrated the hard work of Associates who completed one of many Jameel Academy training programs, including our latest cohort of Jameel Management Trainee Program (MTP) graduates; their enthusiasm and passion was evident as they shared their experiences of the two-year program.

‘TOGETHER, Jeddah 2025’ was more than a celebration, and more than an event; it was a promise.  A promise to continue realizing our combined potential and sharing a more beautiful tomorrow.
