Faisal A. Abdalla

Faisal Abdalla is Vice President Corporate HR and Kaizen, Abdul Latif Jameel, an international, family-owned and diversified business, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.

In this role, Faisal is responsible for driving culture and cultivating talent through coherent leading-edge HR processes and Kaizen practices across the Abdul Latif Jameel family of businesses.

Mr. Abdalla joined the company in 2001-2007 as Managing Director of Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Saudi Arabia’s retail division and was Vice President of Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Saudi Arabia 2008-2021.  Prior to joining Abdul Latif Jameel, Faisal held senior management positions in GE and Citibank.

Faisal Abdalla holds a degree in Economics and Management from the American University in Cairo, Egypt.
