Faisal A. Abdalla

Faisal Abdalla is Chief HR and Kaizen Officer, Abdul Latif Jameel, an international, family-owned and diversified business, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.

In this role, Faisal is responsible for driving culture and cultivating talent through coherent, leading-edge HR processes and Kaizen practices across the Abdul Latif Jameel family of businesses.

He joined Abdul Latif Jameel in 2001 and has since held multiple key executive leadership positions. From 2002 to 2007, he served as Senior Managing Director of Domestic Automobile Operations, overseeing retail, service, parts, and used car businesses in Saudi Arabia. He was subsequently appointed Vice President of Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Saudi Arabia (2007–2022), where he led the company to significant market expansion, operational transformation, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Since 2021, he has been leading Corporate Human Resources & Kaizen, focusing on talent development, organizational culture, governance, and employee engagement.

Before joining Abdul Latif Jameel, Faisal held senior management roles at GE and Citibank.

Faisal Abdalla holds a degree in Economics and Management from the American University in Cairo, Egypt.
