Sidhesh Kaul is Vice President Investments, Abdul Latif Jameel, an international, family-owned and diversified business, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel. Sidhesh also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer of JIMCO, the Jameel Family investment arm.
Mr. Kaul oversees all investment functions across Abdul Latif Jameel and JIMCO.
Sidhesh Kaul has finance and legal experience across multiple markets around the world and was previously the Vice President of Finance and Legal for Abdul Latif Jameel for more than 17 years. Mr. Kaul started his career at a leading global banking group, and over the last three decades has held several senior positions with multinational, highly diversified conglomerates. Prior to joining Abdul Latif Jameel, he spent more than a decade with another family-owned, diversified company.
Sidhesh sits on a number of boards across the business including, amongst others; Abdul Latif Jameel Energy’s FRV and Almar Water Solutions. He was also previously a board member of Rivian. Mr. Kaul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management focusing on Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management. He was also awarded a Bachelor of Law from The University of Mumbai, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Kaul is fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Kashmiri and Bahasa Malay/Indonesia.
