Siraj Badqail serves as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of Jameel Finance, Egypt, a leading digital Egyptian consumer finance company and part of Abdul Latif Jameel, a collective of independent international, family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.

Siraj oversees all the operations and development of Jameel Finance, Egypt’s financial and fintech services businesses across the country.

Siraj joined Abdul Latif Jameel in 2014,and has held a number of leadership positions for Abdul Latif Jameel Financials’ services in Saudi Arabia across operations, audit, governance risk and compliance functions.

Before joining Abdul Latif Jameel, Siraj Badqail worked in Ernst & Young in the Advisory Service line and was involved in many private and public projects in Saudi, he was also the Head of Audit and Risk Management in one of the biggest family-owned companies in the auto rental industry.

Siraj Badqail speaks Arabic and English, he holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow, UK, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University College of Bahrain.
