Siraj Badqail

Siraj Badqail serves as Chief Executive Officer of Abdul Latif Jameel Finance, Egypt, a leading digital Egyptian consumer finance company and part of Abdul Latif Jameel, a collective of independent international, family-owned and diversified businesses, founded in 1945 by the late Abdul Latif Jameel.

Siraj oversees all the operations and development of Abdul Latif Jameel Egypt’s financial services and insurance businesses across the country.

Siraj joined Abdul Latif Jameel in 2014, and has held a number of leadership positions for Abdul Latif Jameel Finance in Saudi Arabia across operations, audit, governance risk and compliance management.

Before joining Abdul Latif Jameel, Mr. Badqail held a number of management roles in automotive finance companies and management consultancy in audit and risk functions.

Siraj holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow, UK, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University College of Bahrain.  He speaks Arabic and English.
