Abdul Latif Jameel Land, a leading residential and commercial real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, has begun development of its third residential project, Dari Q, a development of 158 premium apartments with integrated community amenities.

The project is launched under the same integrated lifestyle and community-focused approach of the award-winning J-ONE development, also located in the Al Salamah District of North Jeddah.

The residential development combines a wide variety of spacious apartments with a diverse range of amenities. Consisting of two buildings, divided into four distinct quarters, the two-bedroom apartments have 3 floorplan options; the three-bedroom properties have 7 floorplan options; and the expansive four-bedroom homes have 3 floorplan options – leading to a total of 13 different floorplans on offer, catering for a wide variety of family types and tastes.
