Miraç Ucankale Yuce, Head of Legal Affairs, ALJ Holding has been selected among her peers to join The Legal 500 GC Powerlist: Türkiye 2022, a prestigious collection of legal minds delivering the very best standards of work in the country.

In her role, Miraç oversees all legal work for ALJ Holding’s automotive businesses, including Toyota Türkiye, Lexus Türkiye, and Otoshops, as well as handling all legal aspects of transactional and regulatory matters of business and new investments related to the business. In addition to her responsibilities in Türkiye, she now has Associates from all North African countries within Abdul Latif Jameel report to her for non-litigation matters. With more than 15 years’ experience, Miraç completed her law degree from the University of Marmara in Istanbul and joined ALJ Holding in February 2015.

In-house counsel should follow two key kaizen elements— know your client, in order to provide the business partners with a better legal service and experience. Clear communication with business partners can smooth the relationship with them and help build a stronger partnership.
