Being a recognized brand of innovative firsts in Turkey, and for prioritizing the very best in customer experience, Toyota has recently launched another first in the country’s automotive sector with brand new vehicle warranty program.

‘Toyota Garanti ON’ – developed locally by Toyota Turkey Marketing and Sales Inc.,  part of Abdul Latif Jameel Motors International – recognizes Toyota vehicles’ reputation for quality and durability as well as the exceptional quality of service delivered by the Toyota Turkey dealer network.

Garanti ON provides 1 year/15,000 km or 1 year/10,000 km (dependent on powertrain) free of charge extended warranty to each vehicle that visits dealers for annual maintenance that are under 10 years old with less than 160,000 recorded km.

The innovative new program does not require previous consecutive maintenance visits as a pre-requisite, and any vehicle that is under 10 year/160,000 km will benefit from Toyota Garanti ON, irrespective of the number of owners and even if this is the very first service visit in many years. The extended warranty is also transferrable to the next owner of the vehicle, helping to strengthen the vehicles’ second hand value and offer peace of mind to subsequent owners.

Toyota Turkey Marketing and Sales Inc. CEO Ali Haydar Bozkurt stated that they have implemented many firsts in the world and in Turkey as a brand and said:

“This new program for aftersales is an important indicator of Toyota’s drive to treat our customers as guests delivering the best customer satisfaction and ownership experience.  The warranty period will automatically be extended for 1 more year after each scheduled maintenance. This means, Toyota owners will ultimately be able to extend the existing warranty for up to 10 years with the ‘Garanti ON’. The new buyer will gain the advantage of purchasing a well-maintained vehicle with a warranty.”
