Abdul Latif Jameel’s Management Trainee Program wins Gold Stevie® award for Innovative Achievement in Human Resources

Abdul Latif Jameel’s Corporate HR & Kaizen team were honored to receive a prestigious award for our latest pioneering talent development initiative – the Abdul Latif Jameel Management Trainee Program.

The Program has been awarded ‘Gold’ for ‘Innovative Achievement in Human Resources’ from the 2024 Middle East & North Africa Stevie^® Awards.

With over 900 nominations from organizations across the Middle East and North Africa, winners were selected by a judging panel of 150 worldwide industry experts.

The Program is a pioneering scheme aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders through a holistic blend of training, leadership development, mentoring, group coaching, individual assignments, and business competitions.
