Abdul Latif Jameel and the phenomenal team at ALJ Finans Türkiye, are today celebrating some of their incredible female leaders who have been recognized as ‘Sparks that make a difference’ in 2023 in the WSpark 2023 survey, hosted by Payment Systems Magazine (PSM), Türkiye.

Ebru Ünlü Özuslu, People and Culture Manager, and Esra Burçin Babayiğit, Head of Risk Management, ALJ Finans Türkiye, were crowned as ‘Sparks that make a difference’ and recognized for being inspirational and highly successful women in the finance and technology sectors, and as role models to young and aspiring women starting their careers, or looking to progress, within the financial services and technology industries.

Ebru and Esra, as well as the other inspirational women who made it to the WSpark 2023 honor roll were announced and celebrated at an event held on January 18, 2024, at the BAU Future Campus Auditorium in Kemerburgaz, Istanbul.

PSM logoThe theme of the awards this year, which is currently in its third edition, was “100 sparks in the 100th year”, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye.
